JSW Cement has its plants at Vijayanagar in Karnataka, Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh, Dolvi in Maharashtra, Shiva Works in Odisha and Salboni in West Bengal. All of these plants utilise the by-products produced by the steel industry to manufacture green cement. Despite of entering the industry late, JSW Cement with a capacity to produce 14 MTPA tons per year, is swiftly becoming a force to reckon with.

Nandyal Plant, located at Bilakalaguduru village in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh is a state-of-the-art-technology Cement production unit. The core objective of this plant is to produce green and environment-friendly cement (Portland Slag Cement) by utilizing all the Blast Furnace Slag generated by JSW Steel Ltd. The plant is notably environment friendly and also one of the most energy-efficient cement plants in India. By using Blast Furnace Slag as raw material, the plant has dramatically reduced its consumption of limestone.KNOW MORE
JSW Cement’s Dolvi Works is located on the West coast of India. Dolvi unit receives an abundant supply of high-quality Slag from JSW Steel Dolvi complex. Raw material such as Clinker is shipped from JSW’s Cement Clinkerization unit in Fujairah, UAE. The Plant believes in ensuring complete customer satisfaction with superior quality products and timely delivery. The present capacity of the Dolvi Cement Unit is 2.2 MTPA and the expansion would make it one of the largest Cement units in the Western region with a capacity of 4.5 MTPA.KNOW MORE
JSW Cement’s first plant was set up at Vijayanagar, Bellary in Karnataka with a capacity of 0.60 MTPA in 2008. Its capacity was boosted to 3.60 MTPA in the year 2017 and was enhanced further to 4.0 MTPA in the year 2019. Vijayanagar Works has a 150-acre campus and is located next to the JSW Steel complex. The unit receives a sufficient amount of Slag and Fly ash from the JSW Steel and JSW Energy respectively.KNOW MORE
JSW Cement’s Salboni Unit was inaugurated on 15 th January 2018 by Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal Smt. Mamata Bannerjee in presence of Chairman Mr Sajjan Jindal & MD Mr Parth Jindal. It is a state-of-the-art grinding Unit in West Bengal with the latest Roller press technology. With the installed capacity of the plant being 2.4 MTPA, JSW Cement has entered into Eastern India and the capacity will be expanded to 6 MTPA in the near future.KNOW MORE
Being a leading Group in the field of Building materials, JSW has set up a Cement grinding unit of 1.2 MTPA capacity at Kalinganagar Industrial Complex, Jajpur, to roll out its business in the eastern province of Odisha. The unit accomplished its environment clearance in the month of October 2017 & after attaining all its statutory clearances, it started operating in the month of August 2019.
