The JSW Learning Academy called Percipio is an online and on-the-go repository of learning tools for employees to explore in line with evolving learning needs in the industry.
We want our internal talent pool to have exposure and experience in diverse functions and roles across the organisation. We are committed to creating such opportunities for employees at different career stages to build and enhance their domain knowledge across core and complementary functions. Besides online, classroom and other learning methods as means of capability building; development by way of job rotation, job enrichment and coaching on the job are important measures being pursued for accelerated learning and growth of the talent pool within JSW.
We organise various development programmes for capacity building, which lends our employees growth
opportunities. We are investing in upskilling them with modern technologies to build a team that will work
towards business continuity and reducing cost.
Workshop on “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” Collaboration with Employees' Provident Fund at JSW Cement, Salboni
The workshop 'Nidhi Aapke Nikat' was organized by the JSW Cement Salboni HR Team on August 28, 2023, in close collaboration with the Employees' Provident Fund Organization, West Bengal Circle. We had over a hundred employees and associates participate in the workshop.
The motto of the workshop was a broad-based participatory awareness and outreach program for employers and employees, serving as a grievance redressal platform for members and an information exchange network. Twenty-seven different types of grievances related to the Provident Fund were successfully resolved during this workshop.
