The JSW Learning Academy called Percipio is an online and on-the-go repository of learning tools for employees to explore in line with evolving learning needs in the industry.

Internal job rotation

We want our internal talent pool to have exposure and experience in diverse functions and roles across the organisation. We are committed to creating such opportunities for employees at different career stages to build and enhance their domain knowledge across core and complementary functions. Besides online, classroom and other learning methods as means of capability building; development by way of job rotation, job enrichment and coaching on the job are important measures being pursued for accelerated learning and growth of the talent pool within JSW.

This programme is a group wide intervention to identify employees with long-term potential and nurture them to grow into critical leadership roles in the Group. Building a strong internal talent pool for the emerging business needs while supporting the employees’ career aspirations is our key goal.

Springboard Programme

This is the JSW Women Leaders Programme in line with our agenda to increase gender diversity and make the organisation more conducive for women employees. The programme focuses on enabling women to identify the key skills necessary to advance in the workplace and state their career aspirations. The developmental input helps them practice high impact behaviours that will move women into leadership positions and help them eliminate limiting mindset that keeps them from achieving their potential.
