I am a consultant for eco-friendly homes. The environment is our first home, and we must protect & preserve it. My ambition of building a sustainable home became a reality thanks to JSW Cement. The location of my house is Hesarghatta Main Rd, Bengaluru. It is a three bedroom house built under 2000 sq. ft. The entire structure was built with environmentally safe materials. We used compressed soil earth blocks for my home, which was made using JSW Compcem. We optimized only 1.2 tonnes of steel in the whole construction process. Every material utilised is recyclable and environmentally friendly. The use of granites, marbles, and woods was avoided.

My favourite place in the house is the garden. It rejuvenates me after a long day. The best part about my home is I have built it with my own hands. With the help of two masons, the entire project was completed in nine months. Due to lockdown, we had to face some challenges, but the construction was completed on time. Building a home that’s eco-friendly, strong, and durable has been a journey and dream for a long, I am glad it has turned up exactly how I envisioned it. What is the first thing that comes to mind when you consider building a home? Strength & Durability. I was born and raised in Allapuzzah, Haripaad, and I was looking for a dependable Cement to help me construct a durable home for my sister. There are three levels to the residence. One large hall, one bedroom, and a kitchen are located on the ground level. Three bedrooms, a living room, and two balconies make up the first level. Two bedrooms and a hall are on the top floor. The house has excellent ventilation, and natural light brightens up every corner of the house. Time taken to build this classic house was three years. During the lockdown, the slab construction on the first floor was completed. Due to social distance norms, it was a difficult task, but the execution was flawless, and the project was completed on time. The implementation of the whole house was done via phone and video calls. I am impressed by how our plans on the blueprints have been constructed into a reality.
