This covers employees and his/her dependant family members to avail necessary assistance for treatment of various ailments through an insurance cover.

JSW Group recognises the varying health insurance needs of employees. The JSW Group Health Insurance Top-Up Policy (Top-Up) is intended as a supplement to the Group Mediclaim Policy (GMC) in order to provide employees the flexibility to take voluntary additional coverage for self and dependent family members.

To alleviate a retiring employee’s hardship during and post his/her retirement, this policy intends to extend the benefits of continuation of JSW Group Health Insurance Coverage for such retiring employees. Policy entails the board terms and conditions under which the benefits of coverage will be provided to the retiree employee.

The policy aims at providing financial assistance through insurance coverage to the dependent family members of employees in case of disability while in service.

We were among the first Indian corporates to launch JSW Green Gear, which is our EV policy for employees. It will help make our employees' switch to sustainable transportation easier and more affordable. The policy includes rewarding employees who make the switch to EV under the car lease policy with incentives of up to Rs. 3 lakhs. We are also offering significant enhancement in loan amount on which interest subsidy will be reimbursed by the organisation for the purchase of an EV. We have organised charging stations at all JSW premises and the infrastructure for it has been created at all our plants and office locations for employees and visitors to avail. Dedicated parking slots have also been assigned for EVs. The policy came into effect in January 2020, with a detailed policy document uploaded to myJSW portal.
