Green Crete Smart Range

JSW Green Crete Smart Range reduces CO2 emission from 25-40 %, it is an eco-friendly product which saves natural resources. JSW Green Crete Smart uses low-CO2 supplements (supplementary cementitious materials – GGBS) as a partial replacements for Portland Cement.

Green Crete Ultima Range

JSW Green Crete Ultima Range reduces CO2 emission from 30-45%, it is an eco-friendly product which uses supplementary cementitious material - GGBS, as a partial replacement for Ordinary Portland Cement ( OPC) and also uses granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS). The replacement of sand with GBFS slag avoids depletion of natural resources such as crushed rocks and river bed.

JSW Green Crete Smart and Green Crete Ultima uses supplementary cementitious material - GGBS, as a partial replacement for OPC, thereby using low CO2 emitting products. ( GGBS 60kg/tonne vs. OPC 850 kg/tonne emissions). It also replaces sand which helps in avoiding depletion of natural resources.

While the strenght of Green Crete is comparable to the regular concrete but it is more durable.

About Green Crete
JSW “Green Crete” is a low carbon concrete which reduces CO2 emission by 20-45 percent. JSW “Green Crete” uses GGBS as partial replacements for OPC. Additionally, it also uses granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) as partial replacement of sand.
Green Crete is a more sustainable and superior product with a lower CO2 footprint.
  • It provides far more durability to the structure compared to normal concrete.
  • While maintaining performance and strength of concrete, it also reduces CO2 emission by 45 percent.
  • It helps in getting green building certification.
We have 2 ranges of Green Crete namely “Green Crete Smart” range and “Green Crete Ultima” range.
The GreenCrete Smart range uses GGBS as partial replacements for OPC.
The GreenCrete Ultima range uses GGBS as partial replacements of OPC. Additionally, it also uses granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) as partial replacement of sand.
Green Crete range of product line can be used in variety of structural and nonstructural components like – Beams, columns, foundations, bridges, drive ways, walkways and have the same characteristic that of normal concrete.
